Bow Valley Clean Air Society (BVCAS)
BVCAS is a non-profit Society based in, Canmore Alberta that envisions the Bow Valley region to have the highest air quality free from sources of air emissions negatively affecting people, the environment, and the climate.
The factors below are placing increasing pressure on the air quality of the Bow Valley:
We are working to expand our knowledge of air quality issues in the Bow Valley and our ability to respond to and address these issues is increasing.
Our Mission – is to improve and protect the air quality in the Bow Valley and minimize regional contributions to climate change.

Environmental Forum for Canmore's By-election
As you are aware, there is going to be a municipal by-election on June 19th for a new Mayor and two Town Councillors.

This environmental forum will give the candidates an opportunity to voice their views on preset questions developed by BVCAS & BOWCOR on environmental stewardship, community values and sustainability as well as questions from the audience.
